First, the ring looks much better in the photo than it does in person. However I know that’s a risk when ordering online. When I received the ring I noticed that some of the metal was not finished on one of the sides. I immediately reached out to customer service and at first they told me they were sure they would not have sent anything that was flawed. So I sent a third photo and that is when they gave me two options. Either returning the ring to be fixed and paying the shipping, or buying a new ring at a fraction of the price. When I said that I wasn’t happy with those options I was completely ignored. So now I have a ring that is not quite “finished”. It was definitely not something they should take pride in. I supposed I could have returned it but then I would have been paying for that as well.
